• What was the best part of working with Repa?

  Repa’s ability to apply life philosophy through a leadership lens, with tactical and practical application tools, is a wonderful gift and each month I felt privileged to hear her perspective on my work, beliefs and thought processes. Her program works because it builds over time – this means, the changes happen in an organic and trusted, safe way – making them sustainable and in alignment with who you are.

• What did you learn?

  Repa uses Strengths based assessments for the coaching program, which has drastically improved the way I can identify, and confidently talk to the value I add to the workplace. I realised through this process, that I had been subconsciously waiting for someone to give me permission to be great. After 6 months of working with Repa, I now believe that I am great and I understand why. And so I am giving MYSELF that permission.
